Supported push types
The current implementation supports three push flows:| Push type | What Consuelo sends |

| call-outcome | a note containing the call outcome, duration, optional notes, and optional recording link |
| tags | an updated tag array for the mapped HighLevel contact |
| contact-update | mapped contact field changes such as name, email, phone, or address values |
How call outcome logging works
When a call outcome is pushed, Consuelo:- looks up the mapped HighLevel contact from the synced CRM person id
- builds the call note body
- writes that note to the HighLevel contact record
- outcome
- duration in seconds
- follow-up notes
- recording link
