The HighLevel integration can write selected updates back to HighLevel for contacts that already have a sync mapping.

Supported push types

The current implementation supports three push flows:
Push typeWhat Consuelo sends
call-outcomea note containing the call outcome, duration, optional notes, and optional recording link
tagsan updated tag array for the mapped HighLevel contact
contact-updatemapped contact field changes such as name, email, phone, or address values

How call outcome logging works

When a call outcome is pushed, Consuelo:
  1. looks up the mapped HighLevel contact from the synced CRM person id
  2. builds the call note body
  3. writes that note to the HighLevel contact record
The note body can include:
  • outcome
  • duration in seconds
  • follow-up notes
  • recording link

Requirement for push updates

Push updates only work for contacts with an existing sync mapping. If a CRM contact is not linked to a HighLevel contact yet, the integration has nowhere safe to send the update.

What gets mapped on contact updates

For contact updates, Consuelo maps changed CRM fields back into the corresponding HighLevel contact fields before sending the update.
